Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo V50 in India as the successor to the Vivo V40. Targeting the premium mid-range space, the phone will feature a sleek design, Zeiss cameras, a quad-curved display, and a high-capacity battery.

In India, the base variant of the Vivo V50 is anticipated to be priced at ₹37,999, while the higher-end models will fall under ₹50,000. For reference, the Vivo V40 launched at ₹34,999, while the top variant was priced at ₹41,999.
The Vivo V50 will be equipped with a 41-degree quad-curved display, ultra-slim 0.186 cm bezels, and Diamond Shield Glass for protection. The exact screen size is yet to be revealed, but it is expected to feature a high-quality display experience synonymous with Vivo. As for the specs, under the hood, the smartphone is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset which is the same as its predecessor.
For the camera, the handset features a triple camera setup at the back, which consists of a 50MP primary sensor with supports OIS and Aura Light, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP camera on the front for selfies. It is driven by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, making it the slimmest phone in its segment with such a big battery.
On the software front, the Vivo V50 will run Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, with AI-driven features such as Circle to Search, AI Transcript, and AI Live Call Translation.
