Vivo V40 Pro Spotted on UK Carrier EE’s Website: Launch Imminent

Vivo launched the V30 and V30 Pro in India earlier this year in March 2024, but speculation about the Vivo V40 Pro has already started making rounds on the internet. Although Vivo has not provided anything, a new report has confirmed the Vivo V40 Pro coming. Following are the expected specifications of the Vivo V40 Pro, which remains unreleased at this moment.

According to a report by MySmartPrice, the Vivo V40 Pro, which is expected soon, can be seen on the UK carrier EE webpage. According to the list, the upcoming Vivo V40 Pro phone will be available in two versions, one with NFC and another without NFC support.

Nothing else is known in specifics about what the forthcoming Vivo V40 Pro would look like online. However, a recent report suggested that Vivo might bypass the Vivo V31 or Vivo V33 series and opt to introduce the Vivo V40 series instead, which is likely to encompass the Vivo V40 and V40 Pro, slated for release in the third quarter of 2024.

When it comes to pricing, the V30 Pro arrives in India in 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB memory variants, with an initial price of ₹41,999, and ₹46,999. In terms of the display, the phone houses a 6.78-inch Full HD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen with 2800 nits maximum brightness. The Vivo V30 Pro houses the processor MediaTek Dimensity 8200 with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB interior storage.

In the photography sector, the camera setup obtains a 50MP Sony IMX920 main camera with Zeiss optimization, a 50MP Sony IMX816 portrait camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera as a backup. At the front is a 50MP selfie camera for the video call is positioned.

Operating on Funtouch OS based on Android 14, the Vivo V40 Pro is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supported by 80W fast charging technology. Additional features include an IP54 rating, in-display fingerprint sensor, Hi-Res audio, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, 5G connectivity, and more.
