Vivo S30 and Vivo S30 Pro Mini launched in China with up to 6,500mAh battery and 90W fast charging support. The Vivo S30 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, while the S30 Pro Mini runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. The two models both have triple rear cameras — two of which are 50MP sensors — and a 50MP front camera.

The Vivo S30 is priced at CNY 2,699 (around ₹32,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB variants are priced at CNY 2,999 (approx. ₹35,000) and CNY 3,299 (approx. ₹38,000), respectively. It is available in Cocoa Black, Lemon Yellow, Mint Green, and Peach Pink colors. The Vivo S30 Pro Mini starts at CNY 3,499 (roughly ₹41,500) for 12GB + 256GB storage. The 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 512GB models cost CNY 3,799 (about ₹45,000) and CNY 3,999 (around ₹47,000). Color options include Cool Berry Powder, Cocoa Black, Mint Green, and Lemon Yellow.

The Vivo S30 features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display (1260×2800 pixels) with a 120Hz refresh and 5000 nits brightness, and a screen-to-body ratio of 94.1 %. It is powered by OriginOS 5 based on Android 15 and is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, up to 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage. In terms of camera, the S30 has a 50MP Sony LYT700V main sensor with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. The front shooter is a 50MP sensor placed in a centre punch-hole.

Its triple camera setup consists of a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is also 50MP. The phone measures 150.83×71.76×7.99mm and weighs 186g, powered by the same 6,500mAh battery with 90W charging as the S30.
