A fresh start comes with a catch. Eunha, SinB and Umji have signed with a new agency, but the group name VIVIZ is now in question. Here’s what UNCORE announced and what it could mean for fans.

### What UNCORE Announced?

UNCORE confirmed it has signed exclusive contracts with all three members. The agency noted that the trio has been together for a long time since debuting in 2015, and said it will give them full support so they can keep working as a group.

### The Group Name Question

Here’s the complication. UNCORE says it has been negotiating with the members’ previous agency over use of the existing group name, but disagreements over the proposed terms have kept the two sides from a final agreement. The new agency says speedy and stable resumption of activities is its top priority, so it’s also considering promotions under a new group name.’

Eunha, SinB and Umji debuted as members of GFRIEND in 2015. In 2022, they redebuted as the trio VIVIZ under Big Planet Made Entertainment. UNCORE is also home to the “PROJECT 7” boy group CLOSE YOUR EYES.

### What Fans Should Watch For?

Details on the group name and concrete plans to resume activities will be announced later. The agency has already shared new profile photos of the three members. For background on the group, see the [VIVIZ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viviz) Wikipedia page.
