Badminton icon Viktor Axelsen has officially retired at 32. A two-time Olympic gold medalist, Axelsen is forced to abandon his LA 2028 dreams due to chronic, career-ending back injuries. Despite successful surgeries, his body can no longer sustain elite training. The Danish superstar leaves a monumental legacy, having shattered long-standing Asian dominance and redefined the sport’s peak performance standards forever.
