Varun Dhawan’s latest comedy, *Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai*, is hitting a wall. With just ₹37.75 crore after eight days, the film is witnessing a brutal 25% drop. Despite the father-son duo’s legacy, audiences are staying away. Facing fierce new competition, the movie is limping toward a disappointing ₹55 crore finish. The era of formulaic comedy is fading fast.
