### What Happened in Episode 5 — The Gut Punch

Episode 5 was one of the most emotionally brutal installments of the entire series. Matt Murdock dragged Bullseye through tunnels, kitchens, and a church while trying to save the very man who murdered Foggy. [FandomWire](https://fandomwire.com/daredevil-born-again-season-2-episode-6-global-release-date-time-and-what-to-expect/) The moral weight of that decision is already fracturing his relationship with Karen. Meanwhile, Wilson Fisk sat by Vanessa’s hospital bed, clinging to hope — before losing everything. Vanessa flatlined after a brief recovery, and her death is the key shock driving the next chapter.

A [Daredevil](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daredevil_(Marvel_Comics)) villain losing his greatest love has historically meant only one thing: catastrophic, unrestrained revenge. For more MCU coverage, head to [TechnoSports](https://www.technosports.co.in).

### What to Expect in Episode 6 — “Requiem”

Fisk’s reaction to Vanessa’s death will likely drive the story. He has already set the Anti-Vigilante Task Force to apprehend Daredevil and Bullseye and bring them to him alive — suggesting the Kingpin has something far worse planned for them.

Meanwhile, Matt Murdock’s moral decision to save Bullseye — the man responsible for Foggy’s death — may come at a heavy cost, especially as he struggles to justify his choice to Karen, whose shock signals serious emotional consequences ahead.

Jessica Jones is also set to appear, pulled into the main plot when her daughter gets caught in the crossfire of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force.
