Donovan Mitchell shook off six sensational turnovers, finishing with 23 points, eight assists, and four rebounds.

“The way we played throughout the course of the game, that’s the team we want to be. The No. 1 team in the league wins a game like that,” said Mitchell. “I think that’s really where our head is at — that’s where we have to continue to be.”

Joe Ingles and Georges Niang led the way from the periphery, making a career-high seven threes apiece. Both players ended the night with 21 points. Jordan Clarkson added 20 points.

Utah has broken the franchise record three times this season. Currently, it sits at 26 three-pointers in a single game. Now, they have made 507 threes in 1,290 attempts, shooting 39 percent. They also own the best record in the entire league right now, collecting 24 victories against only six losses so far this season.

From the Hornets squad, Gordon Hayward and LaMelo Ball scored 21 points each. Malik Monk recorded 20 points. Charlotte (14-16) lost despite scoring 25 points off 21 Utah turnovers.

“I feel like we just all got tired,” Ball said. “We didn’t put four quarters together, we put three together.”
