According to the sources, it states that users have reported problems with trading via the app, accessing the website, and mobile brokerage and the online trading platform Zerodha has had yet another outage. 71% of consumers experienced problems with trading, 16% had problems with the website, and 13% had problems with the mobile brokerage, according to downdetector.com.

In response to these issues, Zerodha stated that the business is striving to find a solution and recommended traders or investors to review their positions before making fresh orders.

Many users were unable to access or update their positions due to technical issues with the Kite interface earlier in the day. Earlier in the day, users had complained about difficulties using the app. Users turned to Twitter to air their complaints, while some also submitted funny memes.

When the login procedure for the Kite portal changed in the past, the app previously reported technical issues. The sources claim that a spokesperson stated that they had no problems whatsoever. A recent modification to the Kite web log-in caused some people to experience personal problems. On September 23, they informed all of their customers of the update.
