We already know that OnePlus will be launching budget Smart TVs on July 2nd of 32-inch and 43-inches. OnePlus teased the pricing of these TVs to be priced under ₹19,999 which actually makes them be a more lucrative deal.
Now, recently, Pete Lau, CEO & Co-Founder of OnePlus did drop a tweet which is speculating some new rumours:
According to his tweet, the new OnePlus TVs will cover an exceptional DCI-P3 93% colour gamut, which is truly incredible but just cannot be expected from a budget Smart TV. He also went on to say the TVs will have one of the fullest, most vivid displays of colour out there.
Premium TVs like the Sony X900F and LG SM 9000 (NanoCell TV) actually comes with such high colour gamut. Now, this raises some questions about whether OnePlus intends to launch a new premium TV? Now it’s uncertain what the next flagship TV from OnePlus could be or if these 32-inch and 43-inches come with such high colour gamut.
The next tweet from OnePlus India, focusses on the upcoming OnePlus TVs will have smoother displays with the innovative Gamma Engine is engineered to deliver better picture quality at a more affordable price. This tweet proves this to be for the budget 32-inch and 43-inch Smart TVs and there a dedicated page made on Amazon as well, meaning these TVs will be Amazon Exclusive.

However, Pete Lau’s tweet remains a mystery which will be revealed more in the coming days, but as for now, the Smart TV market is getting hot. As India’s majority of people buy Smart TVs in this range, it will interesting to see how OnePlus changes the game on July 2nd.
