Tata Altroz Racer
The Tata Altroz Racer stands as a premium hot hatchback that made its debut at the Auto Expo 2023. Scheduled for release in India by September 2023, this variant builds upon the foundation of the regular Altroz hatchback, featuring both cosmetic and mechanical enhancements. Externally, the new Altroz boasts a dual-tone theme with striking Red and Black hues, while White stripes adorn the roof and bonnet. An extended spoiler amplifies its sporty appeal.
The interior showcases a blackened aesthetic embellished with accents in Red and White, elegantly adorning the seats, AC vents, and gear lever. A significant highlight is the introduction of a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring a fresh user interface.
Under the hood, the upcoming Altroz receives a power boost compared to the standard model. Powered by a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine, it generates an impressive 120 bhp of maximum power output and 170 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options are anticipated to include a 6-speed manual gearbox or the DCA automatic gearbox. it is among the upcoming car launches by Tata Motors.
Tata Punch iCNG
In addition to the Altroz, Tata also unveiled the Punch CNG variant at the 2023 Delhi Auto Expo. This micro SUV comes equipped with a split tank configuration, a design choice that optimizes boot space. Each tank boasts a 30-liter capacity.
Feature-wise, the upcoming Punch CNG will sport a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system offering Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Other features include a semi-digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, and an engine start/stop button, among others.
The powertrain options for the Punch include a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, capable of producing 84 bhp and 113 Nm of torque. In CNG mode, power output reduces to 76 bhp with 93 Nm of torque. A standard 5-speed manual gearbox will accompany the engine.
Tata Nexon Facelift
Tata Motors has a facelifted Nexon in the pipeline for the Indian market. Drawing inspiration from larger SUV counterparts, the 2023 Nexon is set to make its debut in August of this year.
Leaked spy shots indicate that the forthcoming Nexon will showcase a divided grille design, coupled with diamond-like elements on the lower section. Above the grille, a full-width LED light bar is a notable addition. The rear of the Nexon will also witness a redesign of its taillights.
The interior will feature a flat-bottomed steering wheel, a fully digital instrument cluster, an illuminated brand logo on the steering wheel, new paddle shifters, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera. Tata Sierra EV
