Upcoming Asus ZenBook UX425 to come with Core i7-1065G7 & Ryzen 4000 Renoir APUs

The Taiwanese OEM has a huge portfolio when it comes to premium laptops and it’s ZenBook series is indeed one of the most popular one. Asus has always kept its laptop series updated with latest processors and specs for consumers, and so they will do with the ZenBook UX425.

The company indeed plans to release ZenBook UX325 and UX425 laptops, as mentioned in a press release published on April 6, 2020. As per the press release, the new ZenBook UX425 will measure 13.9 mm thin and weigh under 1.15 kg light.

The reliable tipster @_rogame has brought the info to light and also added that the ZenBook UX425 will feature FHD display with 450 nits brightness and ultra-low power consumption of just 1W. Also, the display will have greater than 90% screen-to-body ratio along with IR camera for faster login i.e. Windows Hello recognition.

He also specifies that there will be both Intel and AMD variants of the laptop, stating that there will be AMD Ryzen 5 4500U, Ryzen 7 4700U and Intel Core i7-1065G7 processors equipped on the laptop. With time more details will hopefully be leaked and we can see more CPU variants or even dedicated GPU support as well.
