Ulefone Power Armor 13 Fast Charging Demonstrated In A Video

Ulefone has decided to demonstrate fast charging on the Armor 13 handset. This is the company’s rugged smartphone with a huge battery. The Ulefone Power Armor 13 comes with a 13,200mAh unit. That being said, the device does support 33W charging, and it comes with a 33W PD charging brick. Ulefone decided to demonstrate how long it takes the phone to charge from 0 to 100-percent in the video provided below the article.

This video has a duration of 46 seconds, by the way. Ulefone plugged it in while it was empty and filmed the process. It, of course, sped up the video just to get the message across.

Both USB Type-C charging cable and a 33W PD fast charger is shipped together with Power Armor 13 for your convenience. After connecting them, the phone recovers 10% only in 10 minutes. As shown in the video, charges to 30% in 30 minutes and 55% will be charged in an hour. So you only need 3 hours for the full charge of this monstrous battery. With such an amazing capacity and battery life, the charging speed is certainly worthy of some praise. On a single 3 hours, full charge the Power Armor 13 can last dozens of hours after all.

Ulefone Power Armor 13 sports a 6.81-inch FHD+ display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a punch-hole for the selfie camera on the top-left corner, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the 2.05GHz MediaTek Helio G95 entry-level gaming SoC, paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The storage is further expandable up to 1TB via an expandable TF card. As for the cameras, the Ulefone Power Armor 13 has a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and another 2MP camera. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The handset is IP68/IP69K rated for water- (1.5 meters up to 30 minutes), shock-, and dust resistance. The phone runs on Android 11 OS out of the box and features an IR blaster for Infrared support. Other features include NFC, fingerprint sensor, face unlock, USB Type-C port, and dual SIM support. The phone is currently priced at $399.99.
