The Kylian Mbappe transfer saga had been going on for over a year. In this summer transfer window, the Frenchman seemed destined to join Spanish giants Real Madrid after a verbal agreement. But at the last moment, he changed his decision and stayed with PSG.

The France international has agreed on a three-year deal with the Ligue 1 side and received a huge financial package as part of the new deal. The rumoured contract gives him immense power as part of the sporting project of the club. It would allow him to have a say in which players are part of the squad, and the coach as well.

However, things have taken a bad turn and now it is being reported by various sources that Mabppe wants to leave PSG immediately. Once again, the Mbappe transfer saga is about to open but Real Madrid are expected to be far away from it.

Let’s take a look at how Twitter reacted to this news.

🚨💣| Mbappe does not want to wait until the summer. He wants to leave in JANUARY, which is very difficult. PSG know about this, they have been notified. @COPE

🚨🎖| PSG will ‘collaborate’ with Kylian Mbappe’s request to LEAVE. But not to Real Madrid. Anywhere but Real Madrid. @MarioCortegana

Kylian Mbappe's relationship with PSG has broken down and he wants to leave the club in the January transfer window, sources have told ESPN. pic.twitter.com/PoBv66Fyjt

Two months of Leo Messi and Neymar taking football seriously and Kylian Mbappe is already bending over backwards crying, whining, and complaining about lost protagonism.

Another timely reminder of who the actual greats of the generation are, despite their fading years.

…like I have said for a long time…after the World Cup Mbappé will join Real Madrid either in the first or the second transfer- window. My tip is that that deal is already signed and locked up someway https://t.co/o2v67SWD9O

Real Madrid fan: "Florentino, don't get us Mbappe anymore, ok?"

Florentino Perez: "Poor man he must already be regretting it."

He already knew what was coming 😭😭 pic.twitter.com/PPs9d2TIRb

I'd rather see Mbappe at Barcelona or retire at PSG than have him wear the Real Madrid shirt.

Please be done with this already. It's OVER. DONE. FINITO.

Kylian Mbappe rumors, I'll wager that he doesn't go anywhere in January. Tweeted it last year, PSG do not need the money. Absolutely no reason to sell, especially not in January. Sad that Mbappe doesn't realise he is playing with generational talents like Messi and Neymar. pic.twitter.com/FJrepLdnRr

Perez was right, Perez is always right. He said Mbappe would regret his decision soon. He is always ahead of the curve. Build this man a statue outside the Bernabeu because we are never going to get a president like him ever again.
