Prashant Nair and Randeep Jha collaborate for a new Netflix limited series ‘Trial By Fire’. The series is now ready to stream on Netflix. The story of the series follows the fire incident in Uphaar Cinema and its aftermath. In this series, we will see Abhay and Rajshri revolves depict the heartwarming journey of the parents Neelam and Shekhar Krishnamoorthy as they have lost their children in this fire. Now, the series will struggle to get justice for other lives that have been touched and destroyed by the fire.
The series has been inspired by a best-seller book named ‘Trial By Fire’ that follows a fire incident that happened in 1997, a fire engulfed Uphaar Cinema in South Delhi. The tragic incident took the life of 59 victims. In this incident, more than 100 has been injured moviegoers. The horrible fire incident left a mark on everyone’s mind for more than 2 decades.
Netflix has just dropped the trailer of the series. The new trailer has exposed Neelam and Shekhar Krishnamoorthy’s life which takes a horrible turn after a happening tragic event when they lost their kids in the Uphaar Cinema fire incident.
Abhay Deol just shared the poster of the series, he just wrote that he is very eager to share his upcoming project, in the caption. Abhay Deol is known for his excellent performance in a film like Dev D, Ranjhana, and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.

In this series, we will see Abhay Deol and Rajshri Deshpande playing the lead role of Shekhar and Neelam. We will also see Rajesh Tailang, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Anupam Kher, Ratna Pathak, Shilpa Shula, and Shardul Bharadwaj with many others.
Trial By Fire: Release Date
The series will hit on 13th January 2023, on Netflix. The OTT Platform has declared the release date on 14th December 2022 by sharing a poster showing a burning chair in a cinema hall.
