The football world is in mourning.

Rising star Dominic Frimpong, 20, has tragically died following a brutal armed ambush on the Berekum Chelsea team bus.

Returning from a league match, the squad faced gunfire from masked assailants.

Despite emergency efforts, the promising winger succumbed to his wounds.

The GFA is now demanding urgent security reform to protect players on the road.
