TP Link’s first Wi-Fi 6E routers will come this year. This is a huge upgrade to Wi-Fi that quadruples the available airwaves for faster speeds and more reliable connections. TP-Link will launch four new routes this year. Those are Deco X96, Deco X76 Plus, Archer AX96, and Archer AX206.

Deco X96 and Deco X76 Plus, both are tri-band systems with a mesh system. Both will use the new 6GHz network as a backhaul to communicate between router notes.

But there is one back draw. When you buy phones, laptops, and other devices that support 6GHz Wi-Fi connections, the systems will connect in 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks since the 6GHz network is being used by the routers themselves. The X96 promises to provide a 7800 Mbps speed. Whereas, the X76 will have 5400Mbps with a built-in Zigbee radio to support smart home gadgets.

If you want to connect the devices over 6GHz Wi-Fi then TP-Link has the solution for that too. For that, they are going to launch Archer AX96 and Archer AX206. These two are also tri-band routers but not with mesh systems.

Though the prices of all the routers are yet to be announced. This is expected to be launched in July or later this year.
