Tosin Adarabioyo has completed his medical ahead of his transfer to Chelsea. The former Fulham defender left the Cottagers upon the expiry of his contract, and is now set to move to the other side of Fulham Road to join the Blues.
He has agreed a contract that will see him earn around £140,000 per week, and become the fourth-oldest player in the young Chelsea squad at 26 years of age. With the medical complete, only the contract needs to be signed for the transfer to be made official.

Several other Premier League clubs such as Newcastle United and Manchester United were keeping an eye on the situation to bolster their defence. However, Chelsea have moved first and offered the player a massive contract in comparison to seal the transfer.
With the medical complete, the player can be considered a new Chelsea player, and he will replace Thiago Silva at the back. Standing at 6ft 5in, Tosin Adarabioyo is a towering figure and is exceptional in the air.
As a result, his arrival will surely help add a new dimension to Chelsea’s defence, which has been missing for a while now, which includes first-hand experience in the Premier League.
