Several other Premier League clubs such as Newcastle United and Manchester United were keeping an eye on the situation to bolster their defence. However, Chelsea have moved first and offered the player a massive contract in comparison to seal the transfer.

With the medical complete, the player can be considered a new Chelsea player, and he will replace Thiago Silva at the back. Standing at 6ft 5in, Tosin Adarabioyo is a towering figure and is exceptional in the air.
