Top Ranking College Football Teams as per NCAA Rankings

College football team performance is considered as the first major exposure for any football player and these teams prepare the players for the next big move in their sports career. College football matches are also the firsthand experience for players to prepare themselves for the big league. All major sports competitions can be stressful for players and lead to anxiety about performance on the ground. This is the reason majority of players seek help from experts and many have found their own, peculiar ways of remaining calm during major performances. 

College football teams can be highly competitive and the 2022 rankings table for teams suggests that sports fans will be closely watching the consistent performers. As per the current National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rankings, Alabama is leading with 1566 points, followed by Ohio State (1506 points), Georgia (1455 points) and Clemson (1292 points).

Among the top ten teams are Notre Dame, Texas A&M, Utah, Michigan, Oklahoma and Baylor. Ohio State, Clemson, Notre Dame, Oregon have jumped in the rankings while Michigan, Baylor, Georgia and Oklahoma State have dropped in the recently released rankings. Teams keep on changing their rank in the NCAA list, depending on their performance. For sports fans, College football stats act as a reliable estimate of team performance in the upcoming season. Top Ranking College Football Teams as per NCAA Rankings

Alabama Crimson Tide: Alabama features some rising stars including Bryce Young and Will Anderson Jr., Jahmyr Gibbs and Emil Ekiyor. The team has been performing really well in the recent times. Coach Nick Saban has recently signed an eight-year contract worth at least $93.6 million with Alabama. The team has witnessed improvement under Saban’s guidance.

Ohio State Buckeyes: Buckeyes have a high chance to win the season and the reason is a really strong team that is in top form. Holly Rowe can safely be considered as college football expert and she is confident that Buckeyes will offer a stellar performance. C.J. Stroud, Ryan Day and Jim Knowles are the favorites of football fans. Buckeyes will be meeting Notre Dame on the ground soon and sports fans will get a good preview of what is coming in the future.

Georgia Bulldogs: The Bulldogs are defending champions and obviously sports fans will be watching them closely. Georgia defeated Alabama by 33–18 and Alabama will be eagerly waiting to even the score. Bulldogs have won the national championship three times. The Bulldogs will be playing next match with Oregon.
