Usually, a player slows down as he reaches the higher side of 30. But Cristiano Ronaldo is not any ordinary player. As he is ageing, he is becoming more lethal in front of goals.

Cristiano Ronaldo recently celebrated his 36th birthday on 5th February. Here we take a look at the top 5 records he has made or broken since turning 30 years.

1. Ronaldo has scored 463 goals in 718 games before turning 30, averaging 0.64 goals per game. He’s scored 300 goals in 326 games in his 30s, boasting a record of 0.92 goals per game.

2. Ronaldo became the first Juventus player in their history to score 25 goals in a single season at the age of 35-years-old.

3. Ronaldo has won 13 major trophies in the last 6 years. He has won a La Liga title, three Champions Leagues, two Serie A titles, two Super Coppas, the Euros, the Nations League, two Club World Cups and a UEFA Super Cup.

4. Ronaldo has netted 300 goals for club and country since turning 30, which turns out to be an astonishing 50 goals-a-year.

5. Since turning 30, Ronaldo has been brilliant for Portugal in all competitions, netting 49 goals in just 52 appearances. He has also scored 57 goals in the UEFA Champions League and registered 70 assists in all competitions since turning 30.

Until now, the Portuguese captain has won all the trophies on offer both on individual, club and country level except the FIFA World Cup. The 2022 Qatar World Cup would most probably be his last shot at winning the most coveted trophy.

This time Portugal has many world-class talents in their team other than Ronaldo. They have Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Jota and Joao Felix among many others. Cristiano Ronaldo has a very realistic chance of ending his international career with a World Cup win as he himself is in a great run of form.

Cristiano Ronaldo is ageing just like old wine.
