5. Frank Lampard – 102 assists in 609 games

4. Wayne Rooney – 103 assists in 491 games

Rooney played for Manchester United and Everton, and is the only player with 200+ goals and 100+ assists in the Premier League. He won the PL title five times in a legendary career where he was hailed as one of the best players of his generation.

3. Cesc Fabregas – 111 assists in 350 games

Fabregas

Fabregas featured for Arsenal from 2004 before his transfer back to Barcelona. He later returned to sign for Chelsea, and finished as the second-highest assist provider in the league at the time. The Spanish midfielder is hailed as one of the players with the best vision in the history of the league.

2. Kevin De Bruyne – 112 assists in 259 games

Kevin De Bruyne is one of the greatest playmakers in PL history:

▪️ 112 assists (2nd all-time)
▪️ 10+ assists in six different seasons
▪️ 10 assists in just 17 games this year

De Bruyne’s achievement is incredibly significant when you consider it took him 91 games lesser than Fabregas to make it to 112 assists. The Belgian has won the PL title five times, establishing himself as a key player for Manchester City. However, he will need 50 more assists to beat the record, which seems unlikely if he does move away from England in the next few years.

1. Ryan Giggs – 162 assists in 632 games

Giggs’ longevity allowed him to win 13 Premier League titles and make an incredible 632 appearances, all for Manchester United. He provided 162 assists in his career, which spanned 23 years – a feat that might not be matched anytime soon.
