Barcelona paid Brazilian club Santos €88 million to bring him over to Camp Nou. After spending several years with the Blaugrana and establishing an iconic partnership with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, he was signed by PSG for €222 million in the most expensive transfer in the history of the sport yet.
