The 2019-20 season recently concluded with Liverpool lifting the trophy after a long wait of 30 years. But the Golden Boot was won by Leicester City’s Jamie Vardy.

The journey of the England international, Jamie Vardy has been nothing less than a fairytale. He made his debut in professional football league when he was 25-year-old. 2 years later, he made his top-flight debut. Now at 33-year-old, Vardy has won the Golden Boot after scoring 23 goals in the 2019-20 Premier League season. Leicester City finished fifth in the Premier league table.
