1. Shakib Al Hasan – 136 wickets

Shakib Al Hasan is a Bangladeshi cricketer and the current captain of the Bangladesh national cricket team in Tests and T20Is. He is considered to be one of the greatest all-rounders of all time and is known for his aggressive left-handed batting style and controlled slow left-arm orthodox bowling. Shakib has taken 136 wickets in 114 matches at an average of 20.68, making him the leading wicket-taker in T20Is.

Tim Southee is a New Zealand international cricketer who plays for the New Zealand cricket team in all formats of the game. He is a right-arm fast-medium bowler and a hard-hitting lower-order batsman. Southee has taken 134 wickets in 107 matches at an average of 23.72.

Rashid Khan is an Afghan international cricketer and the current captain of the Afghanistan national team in the T20I format. He is known for his right-arm leg spin and has become one of the most successful bowlers in T20 cricket. Rashid has taken 129 wickets in just 80 matches at an average of 14.59.

Ish Sodhi is a New Zealand cricketer born in Punjab, India, who represents the New Zealand national cricket team in all formats. He bowls right-arm leg spin, and bats right-handed. Sodhi has taken 114 wickets in 91 matches at an average of 22.41.
