3. Carlo Ancelotti – €1.37 billion (88 Signings)

He has managed two of the best clubs in the Seria A in the form of Juventus and Ac Milan. Further, he has won five straight leagues with Juventus and is the only manager to have won the domestic double for four consecutive seasons.

During his tenure, he has made some historic signings like Gonzalo Higuain from Napoli to Juventus for a fee of €90 million and Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to Juventus for a record-breaking €100 million transfer fee.
