Euro 2020 has finally been in motion after a wait of 1 year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The European international football tournament was postponed from 2020 to 2021. We are now in the semi-final stages with Italy taking on Spain and England playing against Denmark.

So here we take a look at the top 5 fastest football players at Euro 2020:

5. Daniel James Wales (33.5km/h)

4. Cody Gakpo, Netherlands (33.6km/h)

3. Kingsley Coman, France (33.7km/h)

2. Loic Nego, Hungary (33.8km/h)

1. Leonardo Spinazzola, Italy (33.8km/h)

Unfortunately, Itay left-back Leonardo Spinazzola has suffered an injury and will no longer be available for few months at the least. No player has recorded a higher top speed at Euro 2020 than Leonardo Spinazzola. He has also completed more take-on and attempted more open-play crosses than any other Italy player. Italy will surely miss the Spinazzola in the closing stages.
