Although most fans get crazy about the fastest players in the game, physical strength is also of great importance. With FIFA 21 set to hit shelves in under a month, on the 9th of October, we take a look at some of the strongest players in the game as confirmed by EA themselves.

1. Adebayo Akinfenwa: 97 STR

Club: Wycombe Wanderers (Championship)

Desire Doue Suffers Devastating Thigh Muscle Tear – PSG Star Out for 6-8 Weeks

Country: England

Position: ST

Overall: 65

The strongest player in the world, as proven by FIFA ratings. The 38-year-old led Wycombe to the Championship for the first time in their career and is without a doubt, “The beast”.

2. Daryl Dike: 96 STR

Club: Orlando City (MLS)

Country: USA

Position: ST

Overall: 61

The 20-year-old is rated just behind Akinfenwa. Playing for Orlando City FC, the young striker has already managed 3 goals and an assist in 9 games.

3. Aleksander Vukotic: 95 STR

Club: Waasland Beveren (First Division A)

Country: Serbia

Position: CB

Overall: 68

The Serbian centre back joined the Belgian league back in 2018. He has since become a standout performer for his team and has done well to justify his (at the time) record price tag.

4. Romelu Lukaku: 95 STR

Club: Inter (Serie A)

Country: Belgium

Position: ST

Overall: 85

Lukaku has the second-highest overall in this list. While the Inter star has been vocal about his displeasure with his rating, he is still one of the strongest in the game.

5. Armando Mendez: 95 STR

Club: Nacional de Montevideo (Uruguayan Primera Division)

Country: Uruguay

Position: RB

Overall: 70

The only full back on this list, Armando Mendez plays for the Uruguayan league and features regularly for his team. This season, he has already contributed to two assists.

6. Obbi Oulare: 94 STR

Club: Standard Liege (First Division A)

Country: Belgium

Position: ST

Overall: 71

Playing for the most successful club in his home country of Belgium, Obbi Oulare is the second from his league to make it to this list. The 24-year-old is the strongest player from his team.

7. Tomas Pertasek: 94 STR

Club: Rakow Czestochowa (Ekstraklasa)

Country: Czech Republic

Position: CB

Overall: 67

The captain of his team, Petrasek plays as a centre half in the Polish league. He is quite versatile and can also feature as a full back.

8. Stefan Maierhofer: 94 STR

Club: Admira Wacker (Austrian Bundesliga)

Country: Austria

Position: ST

Overall: 63

The 38-year-old centre forward is still playing the game well and is one of the strongest players in the game. Age really does seem like a number.

9. Kalidou Koulibaly: 94 STR

Club: Napoli (Serie A)

Country: Senegal

Position: CB

Overall: 88

The Senegalese is one of the most highly-rated defenders in the world. It should come to no surprise that he is also among the strongest in the world.

10. Geoffrey Kondogbia: 94 STR

Club: Valencia (La Liga)

Country: Central African Republic

Position: CM

Overall: 79

Although he was born in France, he decided to represent the Central African Republic. The player is a vital part of Valencia’s midfield and has been rewarded with a place among the strongest.
