United has a terrific history and are one of the European powerhouses. They are owned by the Glazers and are on the list of the richest clubs in world football. So here we will take a look at the top 10 highest earners at Manchester United in 2022.

Top 10 highest earners at Manchester United in 2022

1. Cristiano Ronaldo – £26,520,000

The Portuguese legend has returned to his former clubs after successful years at Real Madrid and Juventus. The 36-year-old has already started showing his charisma at Old Trafford by scoring some crunch goals.

2. David De Gea – £19,500,000

His form was a bit low for a couple of past seasons, but now the Spanish goalkeeper is back to his best and has been one of the best players for United this season.

3. Jadon Sancho – £18,200,000

After a long running transfer saga, the England winger finally signed for Manchester United this season after making his name at Borussia Dortmund. He is yet to hit his full stride but has been on his way to reach there.

4. Raphael Varane – £17,680,000

The former Real Madrid man is considered to be one of the best defenders right now. After winning all on offer in Spain, he wanted to try something different. He has formed a strong partnership with Harry Maguire and would be expected to be crucial for United in the coming future.

5. Paul Pogba – £15,080,000

The Frenchman is almost on the end of his Manchester United contract and renewing the contract isn’t going smooth. He is likely to join another club.

6. Edinson Cavani – £13,000,000

The Uruguayan joined the club last season to give United the option of having a proper goalscorer up front. However, after the arrival of Ronaldo, he has found his chances to be minimal.

7. Anthony Martial – £13,000,000

Martial has currently been out of favour at Old Trafford and has been linked to various clubs. He will need to do something spectacular on the field if he wishes to remain at Manchester United.

8. Marcus Rashford – £10,400,000

The England international is one of the main figures at United. He is a homegrown player so he attracts special attention in the fanbase. He is world-class on his days.

9. Harry Maguire – £9,875,000

The Manchester United captain is also in the top 10 highest earner list. The England defender has been among the undisputed starters for United at the back.

10. Bruno Fernandes – £9,360,000

The Portugal international has more impact on the team compared to some of the others on this list, however, he finds himself at the bottom of the top 10 list. He has been one of the most impactful signings for United in recent times.
