Mohun Bagan SG have confirmed the signing of Tom Aldred from A-League side Brisbane Roar to reinforce their defence for the coming season.
The 33-year-old has ended his five-year spell with Brisbane to make the move to the ISL, and will become one of the new central defenders for the Mariners ahead of the new season.

The defender previously featured in the English League One and Two, and has also played in the FA Cup and EFL Cup. As a result, he has extensive experience of performing in some of the top competitions in the world, and will surely bring that to the team as he comes in.
Brendan Hamill and Hector Yuste have left the club, as officially confirmed by Mohun Bagan SG recently. Alongside Tom Aldred, Alberto Rodriguez is one of the top targets in defence for the Mariners.
The Persib Bandung defender is looking to leave, but a deal has not yet been finalised between the two clubs.
