Juventus have decided to loan out Tiago Djalo to Porto for the 24-25 season. The move is a dry loan and includes no obligation or option to make permanent. As a result, the player will return to Turin next summer when his loan spell expires.
The player’s salary is set to be split 60/40 between the two clubs as per Fabrizio Romano. Medical tests for the move to be completed will be held soon, and the transfer will be made official once the documents have been exchanged between the two parties.

The 24-year-old joined the Bianconeri in the January transfer window for a fee worth €15 million from French club Lille. Since joining the club in the winter transfer window, the defender has made just one appearance in the black and white shirt.
With him seemingly not included in Thiago Motta’s plans for the season, Tiago Djalo has been loaned to Porto. He came up through the Sporting CP academy in his native country of Portugal, and will now return to hopefully get regular game time.
It remains to be seen how things turn out for the player and whether he is able to establish himself as a regular back in his home country.
