Thiago Silva yet to decide new club after Chelsea exit confirmation

Thiago Silva recently put out an emotional video saying he would be leaving Chelsea after four years, confirming the rumours of his departure. The Brazilian has spent four years with the Blues and has cemented his status as a fan favourite, promising to return as a coach in the future.

The central defender is now expected to return to Brazil and play for Fluminense again, with the contract set to be finalised very soon.

However, Fluminense are not the only club interested in signing the veteran, with several other teams from Brazil and Europe also interested. The defender will take his time to analyse all the options before committing to a new challenge.

In any case, Thiago Silva’s kids will be staying at Chelsea as they are playing in the academy. And it seems only a matter of time before O Monstro is back in a new role in West London.

But before that, he still has a chapter of his professional career to see out away from the Blues.
