Intel is preparing for the launch of new Comet Lake-H processors in the coming and we have a leaked Cinebench R20 benchmark of the Intel Core i5-10300H. The Core i5-10300H is around 100-200 MHz faster than its predecessor Core i5-9300H which gives 11% performance uplift in Cinebench R20.

The Intel Core i5-10300H features 4 cores and 8 threads with 45W TDP, likes its predecessor. The processor seems to clocked between 2.5 and 4.3 GHz, the new H-series gaming processors will be the refreshed version of the age-old 14nm architecture.

The upcoming Intel Core i5-10300H scores 1924 in Cinebench R20

The CPU will be paired with the same Intel UHD Graphics 630 iGPU seen with the Core i5-9300H. We can expect significant performance gains as the 10300H was tested on DDR4-3200 memory while 9300H with DDR4-2666, so the Comet Lake-H series will support up to DDR4-3200 RAM.

According to the first test by Laptopmedia, the Core i5-10300H was able to outperform the older i5-9300H by 11% in Cinebench R20 scoring 1924 points. Even though rated at 45W, using cTDP-down, the CPU can also be configured to 35W resulting in reduced performance.

The new 10th gen Comet Lake-H series CPUs are supposed to be launched in March and no other extra information regarding these CPUs have been leaked so far.
