Netflix's The Ribbon Hero is a chaotic ride. While the pacing drags and the exposition feels heavy, its unique theatrical structure and black-and-white homages to Osamu Tezuka offer undeniable charm.

The real shock? A bonkers, rubber-hose animated finale that morphs into a Looney Tunes-inspired fever dream.

It’s flawed, weird, and absolutely worth the watch for the grand finish.
