History is rewritten! *The Odyssey* has officially dethroned a controversial Star Wars entry at the BFI IMAX, securing the venue’s highest-grossing opening ever. With nearly $300k earned on a single screen, this epic proves that audiences are craving bold, original storytelling over tired sequels. The era of high-stakes, large-format cinema is back—and it’s absolutely dominating the theater scene.
