WWDC 2021 was indeed a fruitful event but it was missing the introduction of some much-anticipated hardware. However, according to a leakster, in a few months, we can see the release of some exciting new hardware.
According to sources, two MacBook Pro models and one Mac mini are to be expected to arrive in the fourth quarter of this year, with all three machines fueled by the M1X chipset. The Twitter user, dylandkt believes that both the M1X MacBook Pro models, which will likely include a 14-inch and a 16-inch version. Along with those a Mac mini will also launch in late October or early November.
We already know that both the M1X MacBook Pro models will feature mini-LED screens similar to the M1 iPad Pro. However, the global supply constraint has resulted in the shortage of supply for this particular component, and the Cupertino giant is reportedly looking for another supplier to increase its production.
according to the sources, Apple will not start mass production of its new portable Macs until late 2021, and it will likely be unveiled alongside the 14-inch and 16-inch notebooks. However, we all were expecting Apple to unveil a workstation featuring its own silicon will but it seems that we will be highly disappointed.
But still, there is hope that the Cupertino giant will be releasing its M2 chip real soon and the chip gets us most excited because the performance of the M1 chip blew the roof of the silicon market. Hope to see the arrival of the chip pretty.
