Find The Best Odds for the IPL

Many fans are more than open to the idea of placing online bets on the games. And if you think that you will face consequences by placing online bets, you may be wrong. Online betting falls under the law’s grey area and even though this activity is formally illegal, the people face no consequences if they decide to wager their money online.

Indian-based sites are not allowed to operate, but there are plenty of offshore online bookies that offer their services to the people. If you wish to take a look, we found the bookies with the best odds for the IPL. As you may know, there are plenty of scam sites, so instead of risking a visit to a scam site, the list will provide you with some of the most reputable online bookies for Indians.

The IPL 2020 – What Should You Know?

Sponsor Change

The IPL signed a $300 million deal with Vivo back in 2018. Vivo is a Chinese tech company and was the lead sponsor for the league. But, recently, the relationship between China and India has been tense as they opened up a territorial conflict.

India’s government went as far as banning mobile apps from China, and the IPL was under a lot of pressure and criticism because of their sponsor. IPL’s board decided to cut ties with Vivo shortly before the season started. That led fans to believe that the 2020 season might be canceled. But, a deal with Dream11 was reached and they became the lead sponsor for this season only.

Although the fantasy sports platform faced some backlash because it had Chinese investors, they stated that there is nothing to worry about because the Chinese investors are just a minority.

Top Candidates to Win the Player of The Series Award

Many players are considered as top candidates to win the Player of the Series award, but the top 5 list consists of Andre Russell, Hardik Pandya, David Warner, Jos Buttler, and Rasi Ashwin.

If you were to ask which one is our top pick, we would go with Andre Russell. The Kolkata Knight Riders had a terrific season last year and his stats were pretty amazing. Yes, his team didn’t reach the playoffs, but he deserves some respect and we are excited to watch him compete this season.

Jos Buttler and Hardik Pandya also deserve praise. Hardik is probably IPL’s best all-rounder. He topped the Mumbai Indians’ batting averages last season and chipped in with 12 valuable wickets. As far as Jos Buttler, his team might not be likely to reach the playoffs, but he is a big problem for the opponents and is capable of causing a splash.
