The senior person finally gives a go for “Project Guan Yu”, and the final episode finishes. So the last clip gives a major hint about Season 3 as “Project Guan Yu” will become the main focus. Guan Yu was a Chinese army general who was worshipped by the Chinese people.

The filming of season 3 will take place most probably in Nagaland. A source close to the development told PinkVilla “Raj and DK – decided to take the franchise forward by setting it in the Covid times. Season 3 puts TASC against the enemies from China in the times when the entire world is fighting an invisible enemy in the form of this virus,”. 

In season 3, it is predicted that Srikant will be facing new challenges not only in the professional field but also in his domestic affairs that his family could fall apart, depending on what his wife Suchi tells, him and how he will react and handle it. 

Should the on-screen couple decide to continue their counselling, Report Door say they will have to find a “different counselor” as Asif Basra, who played the counsellor in season 2, will be unable to reprise his role after his passing in November 2020. 

In the third season we are going to see Srikant’s team is going to explore a mission against China. In this the Chinese enemy planning to destroy India is trying to destroy India named, ‘Guan Yu’; Guan Yu was a Chinese army general who has been blessed by the Chinese people. The maximum part of the shooting has been done in the northeast part of the country, mainly in Nagaland.

For season 3, we can expect many more new faces as most of the main characters died in season 2. But still, no confirmation has been made as to whether there will be any new faces cast or not.
