The Crown Season 5: All details about its release date and the updates of Season 6

The Crown Season 5 is going to stream on Netflix as a gesture of mourn for the sudden demise of Queen Elizabeth II. Actress Imelda Staunton will be the next in line to take on the role of the Queen. It has suddenly become an even more overwhelming responsibility for her.

The Crown Season 5 is going to take place during the 90’s decade. This decade is very important as the most mysterious death of Princess Diana took place during it. In the series after Clarie Foy and Olivia Colman’s performances, the great challenge comes to Staunton which she has to take and give reactions after the death news struck the world on Thursday.

The Crown Season 5 is going to stream on Netflix: All details about its release date

As the trend follows, The Crown all the upcoming season tends to release in the last three months of the year. But the demise of the Queen might be a reason why Netflix will release The Crown Season 5 earlier than it was intended to. But, the news till now or as per the trend it is expected that Season 5 is going to release on Netflix in November 2022.

Till now, the trailer of the series has not been released yet but Imelda Staunton has released a teaser which was also been put on all social media platforms by Netflix. The Crown Season 5 is going to consist of 10 episodes same as the previous one. It is expected that once the trailer releases we can start the countdown for the release of the series’s new season.

Update of Season 6

It is expected that The Crown Season 6 is going to come definitely, and it also seems that in that season the Windsor family story will wrap up. Although these new developments may lead Netflix to an extension of the story. For now, Season 6 has been confirmed by actress Lesley Manville. The Filming of Season 6 will begin later this year and it is expected to wrap up in 2023. Season 6 is expected to release in 2024.
