Finally, we have the new 2021 ASUS TUF Gaming A15 laptop after an astounding success Asus got with its predecessors in India. Now with more horsepower, the new gaming laptop is still identical to its predecessor but with some design changes.

Now powered by the latest AMD Ryzen 5000H gaming processors, you expect exceptional gaming performance on the new ASUS TUF Gaming A15. Then you have the latest RTX 30-series mobile GPUs with a lot more graphics juice than last-gen.

Talking more about the specs, the Asus TUF Gaming A15 gaming laptop can be configured up to 15.6-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) anti-glare display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and covering an impressive 100% sRGB and 75.35% Adobe color gamut.

Now you get up to 240Hz refresh rate and an IPS-level panel with Adaptive-Sync support. However, the Indian variant of the laptop will not have such a color-accurate display.

The laptop weighs 2.30 Kg and Eclipse Gray or bold Graphite Black colour options. Then there’s the textured honeycomb design on the base that adds grip and echoes the hexagon reinforcements around the chassis.

For performance, as per the leaks, the gaming laptop is configured with an 8 core, 16 threaded AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics. Then you have up to 32GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM and superfast NVMe PCIe SSD up to 1TB.

You can even connect a second monitor via the USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, which is G-SYNC enabled and supports DisplayPort 1.4. Play 4K Ultra HD movies, videos, and games on big-screen TVs with HDMI 2.0b. Also, you have a much-needed 720P HD camera.

For audio, you have 2 x 2W speaker with four cut-outs and support for DTS:X Ultra that delivers high-fidelity audio for clear, precise sound. Also, you have Virtual 7.1-channel surround sound and up to 8 preset modes for music, movies, and gaming genres optimize your experience further, on top of the built-in equalizer.

For cooling, you have four heatpipes and three heatsinks that draw heat away from your hardware and dissipates it quickly. A Self-cleaning Cooling 2.0 design ensures that your cooling system stays debris-free for full functionality for the long haul.

Asus has upgraded to Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) along with Bluetooth 5.2 support on the connectivity front. The incredible 90Wh battery offers up to 14.5 hours of video playback and 13.5 hours of web browsing, according to Asus.

Then you have the MIL-STD-810H certification as well, and on top of that, RGB Backlit Chiclet Keyboard and Asus say each key is durable enough to withstand over 20 million presses. For ports, you have 1x 3.5mm Combo Audio Jack, 1x HDMI 2.0b, 3x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, and 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C.

The 2021 ASUS TUF Gaming A15 with up to AMD Ryzen 7 5800H & RTX 3060 will be priced at INR 103990 and be available in the first half of April 2021 via online & offline outlets as well as ASUS exclusive stores.
