### Jailer 2 Wrap Celebration

On April 21, 2026, Sun Pictures took to social media to announce the shoot completion with the caption: *“Alapparai Kelappurom, Thalaivaru Nerandharam!”* — which roughly translates to “Let’s raise the hype, our Thalaivar is forever!” Rajinikanth celebrated the wrap by cutting a cake with the entire crew, including director Nelson Dilipkumar and actor Vasanth Ravi, who reprises his role as Muthuvel Pandian’s son from the original film. It was a warm, joyful moment — and a signal to fans that *Jailer 2* is now well on its way to screens.
