Their most recent outing, *Sankranthiki Vasthunam*, was a full-on Sankranthi entertainer. The action-comedy follows YD Raju, a former IPS officer living a quiet life in a village, whose ex-girlfriend — now an investigating officer — seeks his help on a high-profile kidnapping case. When his wife grows suspicious, she joins them, triggering a chain reaction of chaos and comedy. ## Nandamuri Kalyan Ram Returns to Ravipudi’s World

The upcoming project also marks director Anil Ravipudi’s second collaboration with actor-producer Nandamuri Kalyan Ram — the duo previously worked together on Ravipudi’s directorial debut *Pataas* (2015). [IMDb](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm1416352/news/) Having Kalyan Ram alongside Venkatesh gives this project a generational star power combination that Tollywood fans are already buzzing about.
