Taylor Swift’s upcoming concert movie, “The Eras Tour,” has already shattered records, amassing over $100 million in advance ticket sales worldwide. The film is scheduled to debut in more than 8,500 theaters worldwide, including the US market, on October 13th.

AMC Theatres predicts that the concert film could rake in between $100 million and $125 million in North America alone. AMC Theatre Distribution division, along with its American and international partners, has secured agreements to screen the Taylor Swift concert film in approximately 100 countries.
AMC reports robust advance ticket sales across the US market, particularly for premium large-screen formats such as IMAX, Dolby Cinema, PRIME at AMC, and other high-end cinematic venues. In North America, AMC Theatres Distribution has organized screenings in 4,000 movie theaters.
As the premiere date is just a week away, industry insiders are not surprised by the impressive pre-sale figures, as Taylor Swift’s dedicated fan base is likely to have secured their tickets well in advance. Tickets are available not only for the opening weekend but also for subsequent weekends, with the film scheduled to run from Thursday to Sunday after the initial weekend.
Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” has evolved into a cultural phenomenon, with an unprecedented demand for tickets and record-breaking attendance and revenue figures. Swift is set to perform a 44-song setlist spanning the various eras and albums of her illustrious career.

The concert film will be screened at every AMC location in the US at 6 PM local time on October 13th. Additionally, other theatres in the US, such as Cinemark and Regal Cinemas, will also feature the concert film. In Canada, Cineplex will screen the “Eras Tour,” and in Mexico, it will be shown in Cinepolis theatres. Taylor Swift‘s ongoing tour commenced in March of this year in Arizona and has traversed the US, attracting celebrity guests and fervent audiences along the way.
