Taylor Swift was Nominated as Time Magazine’s Person of the Year
The popular singer Taylor Swift has recently finished a fantastic global tour and become the world’s most-streamed musical artist in 2023. In between this Taylor Swift has notched yet another recognition on Wednesday while Time magazine nominated her as the mega pop star as its “Person of the Year.”
Taylor took the award a year after spending nearly two decades of fame and influence came at the peak, the magazine announced the title. In between this, she was the first person from the arts to be honored for her success as an entertainer.

“This is the proudest and happiest I’ve ever felt, and the most creatively fulfilled and free I’ve ever been,” Swift also told Time that has been awarded to almost every U.S. president from its inception in 1927.
The “Eras Tour,” will keep on in 2024 across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the U.S. which is on track and make this one of the highest-grossing tours in world history. Billboard reported that the long travel has just made about $900 million of revenue in 2023 and just pulls into about $14 million per show.
Last year, the demand for the U.S. stadium tour became so much as last year that resale prices have reached as high as $28,000 per ticket. This is prompting lawsuits along with a federal investigation coming into how online sales are conducted. The tour has also spawned a movie “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” that revolves around a welcome jolt to movies and facing a lackluster autumn slate.
In this she has also been inspired by newfound interest along with her fans in NFL games by getting Kansas City Chief games for supporting her new boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce.
