The Nexon facelift features a split-headlamp arrangement, where the sequential LED daytime running lights (DRL) are positioned on top, and the headlights are located at the bottom. The DRLs are connected by a slim upper grille housing the Tata logo, while the headlights are housed in a trapezoidal structure. The lower part of the bumper exhibits a larger grille with a prominent plastic bar running through it, alongside a simulated skid plate.

The profile has been updated with the addition of a new accent line and alloy wheels. The rear of the Nexon now features a full-width LED light bar with the Tata Motors logo in the center and the reverse light has been relocated to the bumper. The bumper also houses the number plate and includes a faux skid plate. The ground clearance of the Nexon facelift remains unchanged at 208mm.
