The Tamil Nadu Premier League, also known as TNPL is a T20 tournament hosted by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA). It was formed in 2016 and is played during July and August every year by eight teams representing eight districts in Tamil Nadu.
The 6th season of TNPL is underway. Ruby Trichy Warriors will take on IDream Tiruppur Tamizhans tonight. The match will start at 7:15 pm and will be live-streamed on Voot. The match will take place at Tirunelveli Cricket stadium.
The current champions of TNPL are Chepauk Super Gillies. They are also the most successful team in the tournament after winning the title in 2017, 2019, and 2021. The other title winners are Salem Spartans (Tuti Patriots) in 2016 and Siechem Madurai Panthers in 2018.
