Nobody had *With Love* on their radar when it released. Yet here we are — nine days in and this quiet Tamil [romantic drama](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romance_film) has just pulled off its biggest single day ever, right on Valentine’s Day. A 60% jump on Day 9, collecting an estimated ₹3.50 crore on its 2nd Saturday and pushing the total past ₹19.75 crore nett at the Indian box office. That’s genuinely impressive for a small-budget young love story with no big star names attached.

## Why With Love’s Valentine’s Day Run Is a Big Deal

Tamil Nadu drove the show — the film earned roughly ₹15.50 crore in the state alone through its first nine days, with its Valentine’s Day tally from Tamil Nadu alone clocking around ₹3 crore. The outside markets chipped in the rest.

What makes this trajectory genuinely exciting is how *earned* it feels. This isn’t a franchise sequel riding brand loyalty, and it isn’t propped up by a superstar. It’s a word-of-mouth driven, feel-good romance that found its audience organically — exactly the kind of film that keeps ticketing alive outside the big tentpoles.

Director Madhan has crafted something that resonated with young couples, and Valentine’s Day simply acted as a magnifier for an audience that was already warming up to it.

The real test now? How well it holds on Sunday — a strong hold could push week 2 totals toward the higher end of projections, keeping the ₹30 crore lifetime target well within reach.
