## A Familiar Trope With a Fresh Spark

Fans of [Korean dramas](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_drama) will recognise the contract-relationship setup, but the electrical twist gives it a new charge. Bo Bae has always struggled with romance because of her unusual ability, and meeting someone unaffected by it changes everything. Ho Rang, meanwhile, is fighting to survive and to secure his place as the family’s successor. As they grow closer out of necessity, real feelings begin to appear.

## The Leads Get Director’s Praise

Director Park Soo Won says Kim Young Kwang has everything a rom-com lead needs, from the height difference to a mature charm and an unexpectedly adorable side. He also praised Chae Soo Bin for making even Bo Bae’s electrical abilities feel endearing and lovable.

## Rivals, Romance and Extra Tension

Cha Woo Min plays Ji Eun Ho, a top star and Bo Bae’s biggest fan, which sets up a love triangle. Jung Jae Kwang plays Ho Rang’s rival, Choi Do Yoon, while Shin Do Hyun plays Han Seol Hee, a planning director with her eyes on Ho Rang. These extra players should keep the romance lively.
