*Swapped* is set in “The Valley” — a vibrant, layered animal ecosystem — where **Ollie**, the tiniest woodland creature around (voiced by **Michael B. When a bizarre mishap causes them to swap bodies, these unlikely rivals must team up to survive the wild and find their way back to themselves.

Director Nathan Greno — best known for co-directing [Disney’s *Tangled*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tangled) — described it as “an unpredictable, emotional ride full of humor, spectacle, and heart,” drawn from real-life nature documentaries to give the animal world a vibrant, deeply human feel. He also praised the lead duo’s chemistry, noting every moment between Jordan and Temple feels “funny one second, deeply moving the next.”

## The Creative Powerhouse Behind It

The screenplay is written by **John Whittington** (*The Lego Batman Movie*) alongside **Christian Magalhães & Robert Snow** (*DuckTales, WondLa*). The original score is composed by Emmy-nominated **Siddhartha Khosla** (*This Is Us*, *Only Murders in the Building*), and the film is produced by industry heavyweights including **John Lasseter** and **David Ellison**.

This marks the **second major Netflix x Skydance Animation collaboration**, following *Spellbound* — and the ambition level has clearly stepped up significantly.
