Sunny Deol’s post-*Gadar 2* momentum has hit a cold wall. His latest period drama, *Batwara 1947*, opened with a sluggish ₹5 crore, marking his weakest debut in years. With strong competition, Deol needs a massive weekend surge to save this Rajkumar Santoshi-directed project from fading away.
