The Gadar magic has faded fast. Sunny Deol’s *Batwara 1947* is tanking, suffering a brutal 75% drop on its first Monday. Total earnings sit at a dismal Rs. 26 crore after four days. Why the collapse? Audiences are rejecting the film’s tonal shift, craving the intense nationalist energy of *Gadar 2* instead. This partition drama is officially hitting a wall.
